We offer 2-4 day turnaround time for initial diagnostic, which checks for problems and possibly even repair the problem. Please note: Some jobs will require more time and labor. Even if the issue is related to the logicboard, we will be able to repair at the component level usually at no additional cost. 24-48 Hour priority service is also available upon request. If at any time you have any questions or concerns, or just want to check in on the status of your repair, please feel free to contact us.

All of our repairs have a 90-day warranty. If we did not fix the problem, send it back! We will fix it again!

Please note that the purchase of this listing will cover any one problem listed above. In case there is more than one problem you would like fixed, we will do our best to fix it within the covered amount, but there might be additional costs, e.g. additional parts and labor. We will always contact you before attempting any repairs that require additional costs and will always give you the most reasonable price.

If in any case we cannot fix the problem, we will contact you via email or phone. You will then be refundedminus $20 for return shipping.

This service does not fully cover the following:

-Cracked screen or LCD/LED repair/replacement (For any one of these problems the cost will be $180 total. $240 for both cracked screen and bad LCD/LED)
-Logic Board Replacement (Prices for logic board replacements vary. Please contact us for more details)

This repair is also for non-tampered laptops only. If your laptop has been tampered with, there will be an extra $50 diagnostics fee, which is not refundable, even if repairs are not successful (This fee is credited towards total repair cost.) Total cost of a successful repair for a laptop that has been tampered with is $199.

Considered Tampered:
-Repairs were previously attempted
-Logic Board has been washed with chemicals
-Components are missing from the board

Not Considered Tampered:

-Opened bottom panel to take a look, or dry from water damage
-Removing the Hard Drive or RAM

After Purchasing the Listing: 

1. Write us a quick note that includes your name Apple Lab  username, phone number, email address, full address to ship back to, and a brief description of what is wrong with the laptop. This note will need to be included with the laptop when you ship it to us.

2. Securely package your laptop without the AC adapter and make sure that it will be secured from dents and drops during transit. Please send only your laptop. We will not be liable for anything else that is included with system, such as chargers, or special boxes. Make sure that the packaging does not declare the value of the item. 


3. Ship the item to us using your preferred carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.) make sure to insure the package as well. We will not be liable for packages that were damaged because they were poorly packaged, or for packages that were lost in transit. Please also send us the tracking number for the package so that we can follow up on its delivery.

4. Upon its arrival, we will run diagnostics on your laptop and will perform the necessary repairs. If there are any problems, we will contact you before taking action. Once the repairs are completed, we will stress test your laptop using “Apple Service Diagnostics”. We will test and retest your laptop to ensure that there will be no further problems.

5. We will then package and ship the item back safely to you. Return shipping on us!
